Billing and refunds
Everyn plans are billed monthly in US dollars. This page explains when charges happen, what changes when you cancel, and how refunds work.

How billing works
Your subscription fee is charged at the start of each monthly billing period. Only rows that finish successfully count toward your included rows or pay-as-you-go row charges. Current plan prices, included rows, AI credit, and pay-as-you-go rates are listed on the Pricing page.
AI credit
AI credit pays for model usage. Everyn reserves credit before model work begins, uses the amount tied to work actually performed, and releases the rest. A run that fails or is canceled may still use credit for model work completed before it stopped.
Recurring included AI credit expires at the end of its billing period. Purchased AI credit stays available while your billing account remains open. AI credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and included or promotional credit is not refundable.
Canceling your paid plan
Paid plans renew automatically each month. You can schedule cancellation in Billing settings. Your paid plan and paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period, and that period is not shortened or prorated.
At the period boundary, your organization moves to Free. Free has its own included rows and pay-as-you-go settings, so additional usage can still create charges. Check your row budget after the change if you want a tighter limit.
Refunds and incorrect charges
Payments are generally non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support so we can review it.
If Everyn ends a paid service without a breach by you or permanently discontinues its core paid service, we will refund the unused portion of prepaid subscription fees and may refund exact unconsumed purchased AI credit tied to the original payment, as described in the Terms of Service.
Taxes and price changes
Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Everyn is available to US businesses at launch.
We will give at least 30 days' notice or one complete billing cycle's notice, whichever is longer, before a price or plan change affects a paid subscription.
