Everyn Privacy Policy

Version 1.0

Effective date: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Everyn, Inc. (“Everyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit geteveryn.com, use our hosted application or APIs, communicate with us, or use another Everyn service that links to this policy (the “Services”).

The Services are offered to businesses and other organizations in the United States, not for personal, family, or household use. Users must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Services for an organization, that organization is the customer and may control your account and the information associated with it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you and your organization use the Services:

Account and contact information. Name, work email address, display name, organization, role, authentication identifiers, account settings, and communications with Everyn.

Billing information. Plan, subscription, usage, invoice, payment-status, tax, and transaction information. Our payment processor, currently Stripe, collects payment card details. Everyn receives the billing and transaction information needed to manage the account but does not store full payment card numbers.

Customer Content. Data, files, instructions, prompts, configurations, model selections, generated results, review information, and exports submitted to or produced through the Services. Customer Content may contain personal information about you or other people. Customers decide what to submit and are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to do so.

Usage and technical information. Internet protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, session and authentication events, pages or route templates viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, performance measurements, error information, and security logs.

Information from others. Information from your organization’s administrators, authentication providers, payment and billing providers, customer-directed integrations, and vendors that help us operate and secure the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, support, and secure the Services and requested workflows;
  • create and authenticate accounts and manage organization access;
  • process subscriptions, usage, payments, invoices, taxes, and credits;
  • communicate about accounts, transactions, support, security, and service changes;
  • understand product use and improve the Services using usage information that does not include Customer Input or Output;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our agreements; and
  • comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, and operate our business.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for lawful business purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

3. Customer Content and AI Providers

For personal information in Customer Content, Everyn generally acts on behalf of and under the instructions of the business customer. If your request concerns Customer Content, contact the relevant customer organization first. We will assist the customer as required by contract and law.

To perform a workflow requested by a customer, Everyn may send Customer Content to model, hosting, search, data, browsing, or tool providers acting for Everyn. We limit those disclosures to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality and require appropriate confidentiality, privacy, security, and use restrictions.

Everyn will not use Customer Input or Output to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve generalized Everyn or third-party models unless the customer gives a separate, explicit opt-in. We will contractually require and configure providers receiving Customer Input or Output not to use it for those purposes without that opt-in. This does not prevent retention or human review strictly necessary to provide requested functionality, secure the Services, prevent abuse, correct errors affecting the customer, or comply with law.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

Service providers. Vendors that provide hosting, storage, databases, authentication, AI and model services, search and tool functionality, payments, billing, analytics, error monitoring, communications, support, professional services, and security. They may use information only to provide services to Everyn or as otherwise permitted by law and contract.

Your organization. The customer organization, its administrators, and authorized users, according to their permissions. Administrators may manage users and may access organization information, billing details, and Customer Content.

Customer-directed third parties. Services that you or your organization directs us to connect with or send information to. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their independent handling of information.

Legal or transaction recipients. Government authorities, advisers, counterparties, or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, address fraud or security, or evaluate or complete a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Everyn does not sell personal information or use or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

5. Cookies and Online Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies needed to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, prevent fraud, remember limited service state, and operate requested features. Blocking these technologies may prevent the Services from working.

We do not use advertising cookies. If Everyn enables optional product analytics or session replay for real users, we will provide any notice and choices required before use. Those tools will be configured to limit collection and exclude Customer Input, uploaded data, generated output, payment details, and other sensitive fields.

The Services do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no generally accepted standard for them. We do not permit third parties to collect personal information through the Services over time and across unrelated websites for advertising. Service providers may collect limited technical information through the Services as needed to provide authentication, payment, security, infrastructure, or other requested functions.

6. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet the purposes described in this policy, secure our systems, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, customer instructions, operational needs, and legal requirements. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups or restricted systems until deleted in the ordinary course.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Customer Content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please email legal@geteveryn.com promptly if you believe an account or the Services have been compromised.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You may review or update certain account information through the Services or your organization administrator. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message; we may still send necessary service, billing, security, transaction, and legal communications.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. Email legal@geteveryn.com and describe your request and relationship with Everyn. We may need to verify your identity, account, organization, residence, or authority. If Everyn processes the information for a customer organization, we may direct the request to that organization.

8. Children

The Services are for business users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and customers may not submit children’s personal information. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to Everyn, email legal@geteveryn.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose personal information, we will provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another appropriate method when reasonably practicable. We will not treat a policy change as retroactive permission to use Customer Input or Output for model training.
