Contact Everyn support

Email the details that let Everyn investigate an account, billing, upload, or run problem.

How do I contact support?

Email help@everyn.ai. You can send the message from any email client; there is no Help Center form or live chat.

  1. Use a subject that names the area, such as sign-in, billing, upload, run, or results.
  2. Include your Everyn account email and organization name.
  3. Include the exact app page where the issue occurred.
  4. Add relevant dataset, thread, job, run, invoice, or request IDs.
  5. Describe what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time.

What makes a problem easier to investigate?

Keep the original failed or unexpected record available in Everyn while the issue is reviewed.

  1. Copy the visible error exactly instead of paraphrasing it.
  2. Say whether retrying changed the result.
  3. Include a small, redacted example only when it is necessary to explain the mismatch.
  4. Send a follow-up in the same email thread if you discover another relevant ID.

For billing questions, include the invoice date and amount described in Charges and refunds.

What if the problem started in an MCP host?

Include the privacy-safe support_reference from the MCP receipt when one is present. Inspect the bound connection in MCP settings. Do not attach tokens, signed transfer descriptors, or the source CSV. See Export, download refresh, and support references.
