Export, download refresh, and support references

How do I export and refresh a download?

Do not stop when the Run is terminal. Export, download, and analyze the complete-results CSV. Preview is at most 50 rows.

1. When next_action is export_and_analyze, call export_run without asking for a second approval.
2. Download the complete-results CSV locally and analyze that file.
3. If the download expired, call export_run again to refresh the delivery descriptor. Do not invent a second export product.
4. Review the same work in Runs when you want the Everyn record beside the local file.

What should I send support?

Email help@everyn.ai with the privacy-safe support_reference from the receipt when one is present.

1. Include your Everyn account email, organization name, and the exact MCP settings or Run page.
2. Copy the visible error and support_reference exactly. Do not paraphrase.
3. Add Dataset, Job, or Run IDs. Do not attach tokens, signed descriptors, or the source CSV.
4. Follow Contact Everyn support for the rest of the email.

MCP uses the same Privacy Policy and Terms of Service as the rest of Everyn. Settings never shows tokens.
