A run is stuck, paused, or failed

Read the durable run state, check capacity and failures, and choose a supported next step.

What does the run currently say?

Open Runs, choose the run, and use its displayed state rather than elapsed time alone.

  1. Check whether the run is queued, running, paused, failed, canceled, or complete.
  2. Read the row counts and open failed rows or technical details.
  3. Check Usage if Everyn says row capacity or managed-AI balance is exhausted.
  4. Check Billing if a payment or billing hold needs attention.

What can I do next?

Use only the actions Everyn offers for the current state.

  1. Resume a paused run only after restoring the required capacity or balance.
  2. Retry failed or unresolved work when the run offers a retry action.
  3. Revise the job and run another sample when the failure comes from instructions or output shape.
  4. Contact support with the run ID, approximate time, state, and exact error when no supported action resolves it.
