Run a sample and the full list

Approve a small representative sample before committing the complete dataset.

How do I start with a sample?

In the workspace, ask Everyn to do the work against an attached dataset. The agent prepares a versioned job and a sample-run proposal for your approval.

  1. Read the proposal's instructions, output fields, sample scope, and estimates.
  2. Choose Run sample.
  3. Open the run when it appears and wait for its rows to reach terminal states.
  4. Review outputs, failures, and usage instead of relying on the summary alone.

How do I continue with the full dataset?

Return to the thread after reviewing the sample. When Everyn presents a full-run proposal, compare it with the sample you reviewed.

  1. Confirm the job version and dataset are the ones you intend to use.
  2. Review the proposed full scope and estimates.
  3. Choose Run full dataset only when the sample supports that decision.
  4. Follow progress in Runs or from the run card in the thread.

A retry or revised request creates new history; it does not reopen terminal rows in the earlier run. See Review and export results next.
